Bilistage LLC ("Bilistage," "we," "us") operates bilistage.com and the Bilistage Play Forward app. We are based in Rio Rancho, New Mexico, USA.
Account information. When you create an account, we collect your email address and authentication credentials. The app currently supports email and password sign-in. Password handling is provided by Supabase; we do not store your plain-text password.
Purchase and access records. When you purchase or receive access to content, we record the transaction or entitlement needed to grant and maintain access to your content. Web payments, if offered through bilistage.com, are processed by Stripe. In-app purchases, if enabled, are processed by Apple or Google. We do not store full payment card details.
Listening progress and bookmarks. The app tracks your audiobook position and saved timestamps so you can pick up where you left off and return to saved moments.
Operational data. We do not currently use third-party in-app analytics or advertising SDKs. We may use anonymous operational logs and aggregate feature information to diagnose problems, prevent abuse, and improve the product. If we add product analytics that link data to users, we will update this policy.
Communications. If you contact us, we retain that correspondence so we can respond to your request.
We do not sell your email address or personal information.
We do not share your information with advertisers.
We do not send promotional emails unless you have explicitly opted in.
Supabase — account data, authentication, content access, progress, and bookmark storage.
Stripe — payment processing for web purchases.
Cloudflare — protected media storage, content delivery, site delivery, and security.
Apple / Google — app distribution and, if enabled, in-app purchases or optional platform sign-in.
We retain your account, purchase/access, progress, and bookmark data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide access to purchased content. You can initiate account deletion from Profile when signed in, or contact us at [email protected].
Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. Contact us at [email protected] to make a request.
Our services are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
We will post updates here and revise the last updated date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
